<div style="text-align: center;">
Hey Everyone! I have a card to share today! I Know!... I am in as much disbelief as you! We are steadily approaching the Holiday season.. So I figured I would knock out a Halloween card BEFORE the day to celebrate it is here. For my share I used the set, Sweet Hauntings, found in the Holiday mini catalog. Here is my card - </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg9UmqmZ8G-4xaYUJUAo3xAzi-bAgnwQeeTE8_Qt9HbtUejvAN6IvFSIZkpEbF9P192lbgSu_hfDB59VF_SrbyTA1jc_ghSgScYD0rpEt8luYi6vlFj-KpmIYdB5MLJQyVxDz7WzgHDKq0/s1600/Brewing+up.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg9UmqmZ8G-4xaYUJUAo3xAzi-bAgnwQeeTE8_Qt9HbtUejvAN6IvFSIZkpEbF9P192lbgSu_hfDB59VF_SrbyTA1jc_ghSgScYD0rpEt8luYi6vlFj-KpmIYdB5MLJQyVxDz7WzgHDKq0/s640/Brewing+up.png" width="504" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I used the Brick Wall EF, and the Hearth and Home framelits too! To make the apothecary shelf , I scored it with the simply scored vertically and horizontally then added mini brads to resemble drawer pulls. I colored the bottles with both the blendabilities markers and copics, then covered each one with crystal effects, and added the little spider from Happy Scenes to hang from some silver thread for a little whimsy and I just love the outcome! now that is what I call a play day! Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek! </div>

Hey Everyone! Super quick post this morning.. I got Paper Crafty! Whoop!! As most of you know it is almost time for the kiddos to head back to the classroom..a joyous occasion in my house, of which I am not afraid to admit :0) .. So I decided to celebrate a little, and make a back to school sampler for my sofa table. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjqFIQ3xa3SapkKofgb2JnzqJsrxKVOPoVzCrau_6HNkmxNrCx38aXZDvlZUBzdt7RUITfQGSl2dH_B8ouAHQB9a04KcYwMVDU2z3y_ZktxgteZE7C_X3cLtZ5XFDiHOErDqp3ItE1T1cM/s1600/school+sampler.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjqFIQ3xa3SapkKofgb2JnzqJsrxKVOPoVzCrau_6HNkmxNrCx38aXZDvlZUBzdt7RUITfQGSl2dH_B8ouAHQB9a04KcYwMVDU2z3y_ZktxgteZE7C_X3cLtZ5XFDiHOErDqp3ItE1T1cM/s640/school+sampler.png" width="539" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I used a few sets that I had in my stash.. most are recently retired, but one is a think at least 5 + years old. I really loved sitting down and making this sampler.. maybe the subject matter, but never the less, fun to do with all the little details. :) OK.. I am off to take the kiddos back to school shopping.! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I used a set I found at Mike's and Papers from Doodlebug Designs. These two projects were the last time I got paper crafty.. :( For then it was time to move outside and finish a project that I started in March.. I found an outdoor sectional that I really loved on Pinterest, and it was a DIY .. If it is on Pinterest, it has to be Easy Peasy.. right!? The Plans were very straight forward, but very labor intensive.. Here is our finished sectional - </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Hey Everyone! LONG time... right? I have been busy with the busy stuff outside since the weather has been nice.. The kiddos are almost out of school, and their Summer is almost in full swing. But before that can happen, we need to attend a few family Grad parties.. ..So that leads me to this share today. I obviously needed to sit and create a few cards and gifts for the said graduates, and I am not one to just give a card with $$ in it.. So I made something to put the money in....</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhD8V3lSimehgqmxdTdzHsoG-KjTHJPF7zK5TGjuzyj-CaggWmCZRXpMVepkisQEZzvD95lwaTvatp5o_frP3LUxyDl8pfAY5osBmub7oCvTFXlWOtz2rKuzcvcwTb71AKsfPsHi1MU0r4/s1600/grad+boxes.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="257" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhD8V3lSimehgqmxdTdzHsoG-KjTHJPF7zK5TGjuzyj-CaggWmCZRXpMVepkisQEZzvD95lwaTvatp5o_frP3LUxyDl8pfAY5osBmub7oCvTFXlWOtz2rKuzcvcwTb71AKsfPsHi1MU0r4/s400/grad+boxes.png" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I made a box using my <a href="http://hlkdownstairsdesigns.blogspot.com/2013/02/tea-box-instructions.html" target="_blank">tea box</a> tutorial, then just decorated it with the stamp set Bravo and Blue ribbon. I found a little jar at Michael's that looked like a light bulb, I rolled up some cash, and threw in some lemon heads for color and attached the computer generated sentiment "for your bright future!" I attached some more sentiments to the inside of the Mortar board lid - </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I just scored the strip of stock at the same measurement of the inside of the cap lid, then stamped it with some more of the sentiments from the set Bravo.. Love this set! I am sure they are going to love the presentation as much as I do..OK.. off to get dinner started.. :) thanks for stopping by and taking a peek!</div>

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Good morning everyone.. :) In yesterdays post, I mentioned that I was cleaning up my Pinterest "Likes" board, and was either saving pins for later, or get inky right away with some of the creations that I had saved.. well I noticed that I had saved a few cards that have the same sketch, and decided to go with making those cards considering the sketch was "calling to me".. :) It is a simple sketch, with lots of possibilities, here is my first card-</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">

Hey Everyone.. I have a been busy in the sunshine, getting the yard cleaned up, as well as some spring cleaning too! While we are on the subject of cleaning, I decided to clean up my Pinterest "Likes" page also. I went through all the pins, put them on a board for later, or got to recreating what was pinned.. I had a few cards that I knew I wanted to Case.. So I decided that was going to be my launching point for this board clean up.. Here are my Cased Creations -</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">

I cased myself for the card using the same layout and stamp set, just changed the colors and a few elements, and cased Inge Groot for the mini treat sack. Both of these creations are going to be made at this months club meeting.. I know the ladies will love them and it helps them get a card and gift packaging done for the upcoming Spring/Summer occasions.. :) OK, back to cleaning.. this time its my stamp desk.. <div style="text-align: center;">
Hey Everyone! I have been busy with getting Easter cards made and sent this past week. This year is going by so fast, and my to do list keeps getting longer..On that subject, on my "to create" list was to make a pop up box card..A lot of them were floating around the inter webs a few months ago, and I simply never got around to it.. Well... I can now check this off my list. Whoop! I decided to make an extra special card for my Mom considering I was not going to be spending the holiday with her, and this kinda of card filled the bill. I followed the<span style="color: red;"> <a href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/popupboxcard/" target="_blank"><b><span style="color: red;">tutorial</span></b></a></span> from Splitcoaststampers for the how to, and went to work.. </div>

Hey Again Everyone! A few days ago I mentioned that I had been busy completing my Scrap Album from my recent trip to Washington D.C...and.... I said I would share.. So that is what I am doing today. :) if you have been following me for awhile, you know my issues with scrapping in general. Now don't get me wrong, I love to scrap. My problem is that I get lost is <b>All </b>there is to scrap at times.. ;) I was determined that this time I was not going to make this too hard on myself.. it was a 4 day trip.. how hard could that be? I decided to use the So you Project kit form the Occasions mini. The perfect size, and everything is there for me to complete the album in one sitting, OK maybe two.. Whoop! The project kit coordinates with a stamp set, also from the Occasions min, called So You.. Love it! Here is the front of my Album-</div>

A big bonus with this kit, there are sample layouts right is the package.. with step by step instructions for those layouts.. So if you are new to scrapping, SU took care of all the guess work. Hello Everyone! I have a quick share this evening... I am trying to get ready for my club ladies this weekend, and getting my samples made and paper cut, and really trying to decide as to what we are going to make. I had decided last time we met that we would be using the Butterfly Thinlit dies from the Occasion mini catalog, I have spied SO many beautiful cards made with the Butterfly Basics Bundle, but SU has been having issues with back orders that are simply out of their control, I needed to change gears fast. Hmm.. what do I have in my stash that has a butterfly and coordinating tool.?. Well,... I have Kinda Eclectic, and that coordinates with the Elegant butterfly punch... Yea!! Here is my card - </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhEY0hK2koAzIh78igC6HAXRh0S0q-QqHWNxXjx3Wg6oXAVwLpSS5qz_cmKzbmlmtKFxEZVrv3Eg6I7JzAks80Lav7p9g7wI_13LsRJ1i8VLzx1GQGaQsLQvt9F_jeY_c3MPgEkhf7xV4Y/s1600/Soiree+of+kindness.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhEY0hK2koAzIh78igC6HAXRh0S0q-QqHWNxXjx3Wg6oXAVwLpSS5qz_cmKzbmlmtKFxEZVrv3Eg6I7JzAks80Lav7p9g7wI_13LsRJ1i8VLzx1GQGaQsLQvt9F_jeY_c3MPgEkhf7xV4Y/s1600/Soiree+of+kindness.png" height="640" width="554" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I paired it with some of the Gold Soiree DSP, considering that some of the colors and the paper are soon on their way out, and if my ladies haven't played with them yet it had better happen soon. A really straight forward card with DSP, Paper, and ink! Perfect for club! OK... one down and two to go.. best get busy! Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek! </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Hey Everyone.. I have a share today.. I have a few birthdays to celebrate in the next few weeks.. So I broke down and made a few cards for my stash. My Sister-in law celebrates her birthday on St. Patrick's Day, and I always try to send her a card that is not a combined St. Pats/Birthday card. This year I used the new Butterfly Basics Set from the Occasions mini catalog. Lots of cards being made with this set as of late, so there is lots of inspiration out there on the Internet..:) Here is my/her card -</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhI9fdibTbV9RKW7D2vYN-_wsppF-X8eTkWR4P9qmqqYcvstx4wbrNFGUubjeNx4DpZKGT94Jwievs3OP2uSQMlyf6EdAAxdR9X9p2VJykHNqNiJ5MNXDzQOHag4m7kJmP-mS9Qa-r-08/s1600/wishes+your+way.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhI9fdibTbV9RKW7D2vYN-_wsppF-X8eTkWR4P9qmqqYcvstx4wbrNFGUubjeNx4DpZKGT94Jwievs3OP2uSQMlyf6EdAAxdR9X9p2VJykHNqNiJ5MNXDzQOHag4m7kJmP-mS9Qa-r-08/s1600/wishes+your+way.png" height="640" width="484" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I chose to use some of the All Abloom DSP from the main catalog. I forgot that I even had some.. and how could I.. so many fun and bright patterns.. I cut my butterfly out, added it, but I thought it looked a little flat against the papers, so I cut out a second butterfly, but used window sheet this time, it added the perfect amount of depth I was looking for.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I also colored my designer vintage buttons with my lightest Rich Razzleberry blendabilities marker, to add a pop of color, and bring it all together. :) OK, I need to be off to get this puppy in the mail. Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek! </div>

Hello Everyone! I have a share today..I was busy trying to get valentines made and in the mail this past weekend...and the task has spilled over into the last two days too... While busy making cards, I amassed quite the pile of scraps on my desk of all the pretty papers found in the Stacked with Love DSP stack from the Occasions Catalog. I decided that when the cards were all done I would tackle that pile of scraps, and make SOMETHING... Most were not big enough to make a card with, so I decided on making a banner for Valentines Day.. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidCOg9FKWl1FmKEEkeNUf9kXkExSYiJpaZ21Yi5BomHhXSZKw11Kd_VdQyN48e6Bz-9O1INS286F2Fu9V_CmMUGx_nACqT8lPpOQUdSC_cgLuw8vhpnoXIFqKo5-mi7-hGWAcgGKpSEhM/s1600/Be+mine+Banner.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidCOg9FKWl1FmKEEkeNUf9kXkExSYiJpaZ21Yi5BomHhXSZKw11Kd_VdQyN48e6Bz-9O1INS286F2Fu9V_CmMUGx_nACqT8lPpOQUdSC_cgLuw8vhpnoXIFqKo5-mi7-hGWAcgGKpSEhM/s1600/Be+mine+Banner.png" height="250" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I think it turned out super cute.. and didn't take long at all to make, and I get to enjoy it for years to come.. I was so excited about how cute it turned out that I decided to decorate a little pedestal picture frame with a little banner too - </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Hey Everyone! it's been awhile...But it was out of my control. My computer decided it had enough of me, and my demands, and decided to up and quit.. I should have seen it coming really.. life was going a little to smoothly.. :)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I also took a short trip with my darling husband to Washington D.C.. We took in some sites, and took time to breathe a little with each other. We have never been "alone" on vacation together, and it was about time.. so thanks to my Mom, we escaped for a few days.. Yea! :) </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So this week I am excited to have a new computer, and to play with some new stamps that came while I was away. Whoop! Today I am sharing a card made with a Valentine set from the Occasions mini called "Wood you be Mine".. its a little quirky at first glance, but Super Fun!! Here is my card - </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Hey Everyone! I have been trying to knock out some last minute Christmas cards the last few days, and wanted to share a card that I really like and is not your typical "Christmas/Holiday" card. I pulled out the set Greetings From, and a retired set called Greetings of the season, and came up with this -</div>

Hey Everyone! I have been busy, like the rest of you I am sure, getting ready for the upcoming holidays. This past weekend I painted our back hall, and yesterday I made an anniversary frame for my beloved neighbors. They are celebrating 60 years of marriage. Wow! I am just in awe of them every time we share stories over the fence with each other. They both are wonderfully amazing people, and full of life and love for each other. So, as a token of my love for them, I decided to make a frame for them. I made a <a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsFHIWU6mQ403twQzTZzydzahCu6JwkThD11XWl1Af0uk65VnLKBw434QEuCxbBZtNAqABVFCMV2UvdT2oxJTZ68AedHbhiD6gvY999ksLIKr74IUfhrb3wAdERFv5R6TaiJTiT2fYIdg/s1600/50+years.png" target="_blank"><span style="color: orange;">card</span></a> a few months back for a couple celebrating their 50th. A fellow demo, Carol Carriveau, made the suggestion to put it in a frame, so that's what I did. Thanks Carol! Here is the frame -</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I just changed up the numbers, and used Dazzling Diamonds glimmer paper in lieu of the gold foil on the original considering it is their diamond anniversary. :) Here is a close up - </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Hello Everyone! We made it to the weekend! :) This past week has been productive in the creative dept, and I couldn't happier! Whoop! Here is my latest project - </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have had this idea tooling around in my head for over a year, and had intended to use the retired Neighborhood Wheel, (one of my all time favorite images from Stampin' Up! by the way,) but how convenient that SU comes out with Holiday Home. Whoop! Perfect for the project wouldn't you say? </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I had so much fun coloring and making all the little details. Here is a close up -</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Hey Everyone! I mentioned in my post from yesterday, that I needed to sit down and crank out one more Birthday card this week. Well, that is just what I did. Here is my second birthday card this week - </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg7W0HK40oLeXOWWfcAktmUNuj21EU2H5t0TCJkHZ1mg1Ef7Rg-hdawdKw-M-W-O4crO7sC4NpOdV0pJNmVEdQOjJ7K6t2gzgpo0QKeZNS_ZMUeY75FBn5-Yn7x1Iy-bFyynOuiRQUyrUU/s1600/oh+happy+day.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg7W0HK40oLeXOWWfcAktmUNuj21EU2H5t0TCJkHZ1mg1Ef7Rg-hdawdKw-M-W-O4crO7sC4NpOdV0pJNmVEdQOjJ7K6t2gzgpo0QKeZNS_ZMUeY75FBn5-Yn7x1Iy-bFyynOuiRQUyrUU/s1600/oh+happy+day.png" height="640" width="522" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I used two hostess sets for this card, Nuts about you, and Hello Love. :) Over the last couple of weeks I have had to do some reorganizing in my stamp/laundry room due to some plumbing issues. While I was putting things in their place, I found some retired SU cork sheets. Never opened of course, until yesterday... a little late to the party, but better late than never. :) Who knows, maybe you have some, and can breathe some new life into them too! Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek! </div>
